Contact Support

Initiate your return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

Receive RMA Approval

Our technical team will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct return warehouse address.

Package and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for any physical damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
